Art:

Q: Can I repost digital art and resale it?

A: We ask that you do not repost our art and prints in their original form for resale. You are allowed to print out digital art and print it on canvas to hang on a wall to brighten your space. You can create posters and decorate or even make calendars. Save it as a screensaver to your phone or computer is always encouraged. We just ask that you do not use the art to upload it on your site or print it off and sale in your shop as yours. If you do wish to sell our art on products you must purchase a digital license. Thank you for understanding.

Q: Can I get a refund for art?

A: All art sales are final. There are no refunds on digital art.

Please make sure you are purchasing the correct item. Art that is priced above a certain threshold will be challenged if a chargeback is submitted. All art is displayed in the gallery. Our legal team will never call anyone or harass anyone with threats. We will never contact a buyer in any event asking for money. Scammers are calling others and pretending to be Hime Design- so please be diligent when purchasing art from websites.  

Books: 

Q: Are books refundable? 

A: Yes and no. Our hardcopy books we upload in the future will be refundable.

Digital novel books or ebooks and any eBook Courses will not be refundable.  

The file is a digital download therefore we have no way to accept the book back after it is purchased. So, we do not accept returns on all digital products.

Please make sure you purchased the correct item. In the event you have purchased one of our courses by mistake, we do offer one trade on that course for another course that is similar. The course must be less than or equal to the course purchased. Just email us and add in the description that you purchased a course by mistake and add the course you wish to purchase, and it will be reviewed.  

Apparel:

Q: What is Hime Designs?

A: Hime Designs is an online retailer of art, seasonal apparel, books, skincare, etc. Our collections are inspired by the unique individuals like you. Unfortunately, our HD skincare line due to suppliers having longer processing times has been put on hold.

Q: What types of apparel do you offer?

A: We offer a merch in the form of t-shirts, jackets, sweaters, etc. Our collections are designed for anyone who love graphic clothing, designer, or streetwear.

Q: What materials are used in your apparel?

A: We use a variety of high-quality materials in our apparel, including cotton, wool, and other well-rounded materials. We carefully select materials that are comfortable, durable, and easy to care for, so our customers can enjoy their clothes for years to come.

Q: How do I know what size to order?

A: We do apologize for any inconvenience with our size ranges. The sizes range from a normal size t-shirt/sweater in small, medium, large, extra-large are standard. We may have other sizes if they are available.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return policy on most of our apparel. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, the item must be in its original packaging, undamaged, and in new condition.

Holiday Return Policy Update

As the holiday season approaches, we kindly ask for your patience with our suppliers during this busy time. Please note that returns for seasonal items will not be accepted after December 23. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Returns for the New Year will resume once our suppliers are back from their holiday break, starting around January 7.

For Valentine's Day items purchased before January 7, returns will still be available, though there may be some delays due to the holiday break.

Q: How do I care for my apparel?

A: Garment Care Recommendations

To ensure the longevity of your garments, we recommend following the care instructions on each item's label. While most of our apparel is suitable for machine washing in cold water and drying on a gentle cycle, some pieces may require hand-washing or dry cleaning for best results.

For graphic garments, we strongly recommend hand washing to preserve their quality and vibrancy over time. Clothing with graphics may be destroyed if the temperature is too hot. Additionally, store your clothes in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, to keep them looking their best.

Q: Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

A: During the holidays we offer promotions. There are also eGift cards available for purchase to use or gift to others and can only be used on our website.

Q: How can I contact customer service?

A: Since we are a small business the time to get back to individuals may vary depending on the problem. You can contact us by email, and we will respond as quickly as possible. Normally within 2-5 business days.

Our contact information can be found on our website via the contacts page. Due to the very horrific nature of recent phone calls we have decided to place our number on hold (). Contacting through email via the contacts page is the best way to reach us. 

Q: Is this site real?

A: We would like to hope so. We get asked this question a lot and we have decided that since normal customers just purchase and are happy with their purchases these must be scammers phishing for information. Our website is not used as a front to scam others. Our artists are legitimate people who enjoy creating art, books, and apparel to share. Our website is real and is not fake. We are based in the United States. Our company is registered as Hime Designs.
