Artificial Trees and Decorations

Artificial trees and holiday decorations are beautiful but can pose risks if not used safely. To protect children and pets:

• Keep Out of Reach: Place breakable ornaments, small decorations, and artificial tree branches out of reach of young children and pets, as they may present choking hazards or cause injury.
• Secure Placement: Ensure your tree is stable and securely anchored, especially if curious pets or children are nearby.

• Please be advised that artificial flocked trees may contain chemicals that are unsafe if ingested by children or pets. The manufacturer strongly recommends keeping these trees out of reach of young children and animals to avoid accidental ingestion.

  In the event that any flocking material is swallowed, seek medical attention immediately.

• If you’re concerned about curious little ones or pets around the holidays, you might consider choosing an artificial tree without flocking (artificial snow) as an extra safety measure. Real Tree Safety

If you’re bringing a real tree into your home, remember that real trees require specific care to prevent fire hazards:

• Follow Manufacturer Instructions: Use only UL-rated lights, check cords for damage, and keep lights off when leaving your home or going to bed.
• Placement: Keep real trees at least three feet away from heat sources like fireplaces, radiators, and candles.
